What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, organisation, the area your enquiry concerns and what you tell us about your project. If you phone or email us, we collect what you share with us, which may include your phone number.
When you visit this website, Cloudflare, which delivers and protects it, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details.
How and why we use it
We process your data under the UK GDPR using legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and manage client relationships), contractual necessity (to deliver our services) and consent (for marketing, which you can withdraw at any time). We use your data to respond to you, deliver our services and keep our website secure.
Sharing and transfers
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business and are contractually bound to protect it, including Cloudflare, which delivers and protects this website, Formspree, which delivers messages sent through our contact form, and Microsoft, which provides our email and Microsoft 365 services. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on appropriate safeguards, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact. We delete or anonymise data we no longer need.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. Contact [email protected] and we will respond within one month.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from automated abuse. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
